1. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about and enquire with Ape Labs. You agree not to use it in any way that damages, disables, or interferes with the site, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.

2. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the contact form, requesting a call, or otherwise getting in touch does not create a binding agreement to provide services. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that we both accept. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Pricing, deposits and care plans

Prices shown on this website are launch-phase founding-client rates and may change at any time; the price that applies to your project is the one set out in your written proposal. Unless your proposal says otherwise:

• Build quotes include two rounds of revisions. Further changes, new pages, or new features are quoted before any work starts.
• One-off builds are payable 50% on commencement and 50% at launch.
• Care plans include up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month; unused time doesn't roll over.
• Care plan pricing is reviewed once a year. Any increase is capped at CPI and takes effect with at least 30 days' written notice.
• We are not currently registered for GST, so prices don't include GST — the price you see is the price you pay. If we become GST-registered, GST will apply to future invoices as required by law, with notice.

4. Information on this site

We aim to keep the content here accurate and current, but we provide it “as is” and make no warranties that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose. Case studies, results, and examples describe specific past projects and are not a promise of any particular outcome for your business.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, graphics, and code on this website are owned by or licensed to Ape Labs and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand names and client work shown here remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or to identify the work.

6. Links to other sites

This website may link to external sites we don’t control, including The Curious Ape. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of other websites.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ape Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our handling of any personal information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
