We only collect personal information you choose to give us. When you use the contact form or request a call, that means your name, email address, business name (optional), the details you write in your message, and your preferred times to be reached.
When you request a free visibility snapshot, that means your name, email address, website URL, and business name (optional) — used only to prepare and send you the snapshot. You'll receive one email with your snapshot and, if you haven't replied, one follow-up. No newsletter, no ongoing marketing, unless you separately opt in.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this only to keep the site secure and working.

This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, how you found us, and whether enquiries get sent. It sets cookies and collects usage data in an aggregated form; we don’t use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Any other cookies are limited to what’s needed for the site to function.
